The Day Nursery Auxiliary will host its 24th annual luncheon and style show, Children’s Autumn Di-Vine, this Friday, October 5 at The Mansion at Oak Hill, 5801 E. 116thStreet, Carmel. Proceeds will benefit Day Nursery’s Tuition Assistance Scholarship Program, which helps fund over 200 children annually to attend one of Day Nursery’s seven early childhood and education centers throughout Indianapolis. Event co-chairs are Shirley Romine and BJ Maley.

Jenny Anchondo, reporter for Fox 59 and co-anchor of its early morning news, will serve as moderator of this year’s event. Auxiliary members, community leaders, and Day Nursery teachers and students will model the latest “di-vine” fashions from The Secret Ingredient, an Indianapolis woman’s clothing store, and Blue Eyes & Bare Feet, a collection of children’s clothing created from vintage, vintage-inspired, modern and recycled or reused fabrics.
The Day Nursery Auxiliary has supported the work of The Day Nursery Association for 74 years, making a difference in the lives of young children in central Indiana through excellent early care and education. The Auxiliary is indebted to Dr. Daniel Stout and the Digestive Health Center, Key Bank, Appnuity, Ogletree-Deakins, Hylant Group, and US Foods for sponsoring this year’s event.
